This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on aquatic.asia are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in Singapore will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom or pre-order items (such as IoT-enabled devices or pool systems) may require extended processing time. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or via email.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and scheduled for dispatch.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

2.1 Local Delivery (Singapore)

2.2 International Shipping

We ship to selected countries. Please reach out to us via email at info@aquatic.asia to find out more.

📌 Customs, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.

  • For large pool systems and IoT smart equipment, shipping and installation costs will be quoted separately.

  • Promotional free shipping may apply during limited campaigns or for minimum spending thresholds.


4. Delivery & Installation of IoT Smart Products

For smart pool equipment (e.g., pumps, chlorinators, Swim Jets, robotic cleaners):

  • Installation may only be conducted by certified technicians.

  • Activation and connection to the iGarden cloud may require a scheduled appointment.

  • Customers will be contacted to confirm site readiness and installation dates.

Failure to provide access or site readiness may result in rescheduling fees.


5. Delays & Force Majeure

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • COVID-19 restrictions or weather events

  • IoT component availability

We will notify you proactively if your order is affected.


6. Risk of Loss & Ownership

  • For standard deliveries: risk transfers upon delivery to your shipping address.

  • For installation-required products: risk transfers upon successful installation and user handover.

  • Please inspect all items upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damage.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Email us at info@aquatic.asia within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and order details for resolution.

  • We will arrange replacement, repair, or re-delivery as applicable.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For new product launches or out-of-stock items:

  • Estimated delivery time will be displayed during purchase.

  • You will be notified of any changes to the timeline.

  • You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.


9. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided where available.

  • Certain large equipment or installation-based deliveries may not show standard tracking but will be scheduled with you directly.
